 Great bowls Jul 26, 2010
I bought these for my daughter as she is taking a cake decorating class and needed extra bowls. She is very happy with them and believes they will hold up for years to come! Great price!

 Disapointed. Thin and cracked after one week of use Apr 19, 2009
The second largest bowl developed a 1-2 cm crack along the rim after a week of use. These bowls are paper thin and obviously defective. Unfortunately the item only had three 4-5 star reviews when I ordered them on Amazon. Since then other people have had the same problem.

I have had these bowls for about 6 months, these is not a dent in them they are our go to bowls, we are prefer them over ceramic bowls. They are great, I have used them as double boilers, and for quick chilling in the refrigerator and ice in the sink. I love the nesting storage and this is an issue for me. Love them.

same problem as other reviewer, but sooner - 3 quart bowl cracked after one week and first use. bowls are thin stainless steel and look/feel much cheaper than in the pictures. have an all clad 5 quart bowl that is solid and beautiful and will last a life time. will be ordering the full all clad set as a replacement. expensive yes, but you get what you pay for.

3 Quart Bowl cracked in less than two months! Apr 07, 2009
I thought these bowls were great at first - thin, but durable stainless steel, right? But I was wrong - within two months of very little use, the 3 quart bowl has developed a huge crack, at least two inches long that begins at the rim and runs toward the center of the bowl. I don't think it arrived that way, though it's possible. Either way - with a durable product this should not have happened. Very disappointed in Cusinart.
