The only ice cream scoop you will ever need. Sep 12, 2009
I love this product - got one for myself at a discount store, and ended up paying full retail to get one for a friend. And I NEVER pay retail. So that's a pretty high commendation right there...
The air pocket in the handle of this scoop gives unbeatable control of the thing - it cuts through ice cream like a hot knife through butter. You don't have to let the ice cream sit out, you don't have to warm up the utensil in hot water, and you don't have to strain your muscles. IT JUST WORKS.
Forget about conventional scoops, the underwhelming ice cream spade, that cuisinart thing that works like a backward syringe - all of those products are crap. Stick with this scoop and you won't be disappointed.

I bought this just because it looked cool but I ended up being very impressed with its functionality. It really makes scooping ice cream a lot easier.
