 Greatest gizmo ever Feb 18, 2010
I have tried all kinds of garlic presses and slicers with not much luck. This is the greatest garlic slicer and dicer I have ever used. I especially love this roller peeler that comes with it. It looks a little strange but it really works. I highly recommend this product.

This has been a great tool in the kitchen. It is well made and cleans up easily in the dishwasher. It dices the garlic to a perfect size. Highly recommend.

First of all this item is not remotely hard to clean it is very easy, all you need is a small kitchen brush and water, it cleans in a matter of seconds and as for the review that said that it was wasteful use the same brush and in a matter of a few seconds just brush the garlic in to whatever you are cooking
It is well made and is extremely easy to use and clean, I would give it a ten star rating if I could

I've used it a couple of times and it made the chore of mincing fresh garlic for stir fries a breeze. The latex sleeve included for peeling is a great touch and also worked well. If you line up the blades and shake the pieces to the center a few times while you're chopping, it makes fast work of the task. I found that both garlic and ginger were evenly minced. It seems to be well made but haven't used it enough to attest to its long-term durability.

I love garlic. No, I adore garlic. I put it in almost every savory dish I cook. But I absolutely cannot stand mincing/chopping it by hand. It's tedious, sticky, smelly, and for a beginning cook like me, dangerous. My fingers always reek of garlic for three days after. I love this beautiful little garlic dicer! It saves me so much time, and now my hands don't stink. Easy to use, easy to clean, high-quality. If you love garlic and you want to save loads of time in the kitchen, pick one up! Well worth it. Oh, yeah, and you can also use it for pitted olives or soft nuts!
