Flimsy and Messy Sep 22, 2025 The Alligator is flimsy. It barely cuts half of an onion even with my entire 115-pound weight pressing on it and I felt like it was going to break; and when I am able to cut through half of an onion, the onion bits fly out all over the place so it becomes messy. And then cleaning is hard because onion pieces get stuck in the grids so you need something pointy to press the onions pieces out. Then after two uses, the two pieces fell apart. I will be returning this.
Very usefull product Sep 05, 2025 Quality of this product is really good. Plastic body is heavy, so durable too. Blades are really good. My wife is very happy with this product.
It will be nice if it has a cup for collecting the chopped onions.

It works, but could definitely be improved May 10, 2025 The Alligator AG1 Onion Dicer gets the job done. It quickly dices onions or other vegetables with little hassle (or tears in the case of onions). You will have to cut most onions and vegetables in half if you want them to be chopped correctly. Plus, it can be difficult to push the dicer all the way down through large chunks of onions or vegetables. That's not a problem though and I'm happy with the final product it produces. However, the AG1 can feel a bit cheap and seem like it might break. It's been at work for several months without trouble though. My big complaint is the cleanup. You pretty much have to put it in the dishwasher to get it completely clean. If you just rinse it off you'll later find dried prices in the dicer. And if you use a sponge or dish cloth, you'll usually find lent that has stuck to the blades. So just use the dishwasher.
Very good Feb 23, 2025 Very good on the kitchen for chop onion and vegetables.
I recomende
The only deficult is that you have to do much force when you press to chop, but the result is exitant.

A Dicer Couldn't Be Nicer Jan 13, 2026 I've had my alligator for two weeks now and the search is over. I was looking for the easy chopper or dicer and this is it. This thing is quick and slick. Quarter an onion, put a quarter on the base, lower the blade, and after it clicks you have a perfectly diced onion. I've used it for bell peppers too and it works great. I can now dice onions in seconds without a tear. The only con I have found is clean up even though it comes apart the blade section often retains onion skin even after a thorough hand washing. To me this is very minor. This product will reduce prep time with no tears. I would recommend it to all my friends.
