Heavy duty! Oct 14, 2009 I bought these cups because of the good reviews and the fact that the handle and cup are one solid piece of metal as opposed to being welded together. My first impression of these cups was that they are heavy, almost to the point of being unwieldy. Also the measuring spoon aspect of the handle seems like it will be rarely used. They are long and shallow which i guess is good for small necked containers but everyone has a set of measuring spoons so why use it. Also the volume is laser etched at the base of the handle but mine came looking a little smudged and I'm not sure how long they will be readable. Also the 1 cup is 4 inches across so consider that if you are using jars to store your ingredients. Each cup has a partial measure mark partway up the inside of the cup, but that would only be useful for liquids I think.
On the plus side, they look nice, with a brushed metal exterior finish and a smooth polish inside the cups. Also they look seriously durable so I don't anticipate having to replace them ever. Should be easy to clean too considering there are no edges.

Stylish and functional Jul 11, 2009 These measuring cups are very stylish sitting on the counter. They are hefty and made very well. Easy to scoop with and a breeze to clean. I'm glad I found these when I was looking for a set of measuring cups that will last forever.

Good durable measuring cups May 20, 2009 These measuring cups (and the similar measuring spoons) save space and minimize the amount of clutter on the table while baking.
Great product, made of nice heavy (durable) steel. The only downside is the need to keep the ring (or a damp towel) handy to balance them, but this is not an issue if you aren't using them for prep bowls.

Not bad Apr 30, 2009 I enjoy the heft and design of these cups, especially juxtaposed to my flimsy plastic measuring cylinders. They don't really stack, as mentioned, but this hasn't affected my ability to close the drawer in which they are stored.
The donut is my only complaint as I'm sure it will be lost.

Dual purpose Apr 05, 2009 Measuring cups and spoons in one. They are very stylish and convenient. You only wash one set or one at a time instead of cups and 4 spoons. The only drawback is that you have to rest them on a the black ring pictured, since the bottom is rounded. They are heavy and sturdy. I don't see why you'd buy any other measuring cups.
