This tea box looks nice enough and holds a good number of tea bags, but the chain for the lid always gets in the way of it closing, and the box was sort of warped so it rocked on my counter instead of staying flat. While I like the idea of the tea box, I realized after getting this that if the tea you use doesn't have a wrapper on it, the tea won't stay as fresh. Also, for some brands of tea that don't have labels, we couldn't put those bags the box or else later we wouldn't know what kind it was.

Not too happy with this product. I gave it to someone for a present and when they opened it the hinges were stripped and falling off. Very disappointed in the quality. Wished I had not ordered it so early so I could have returned it.
