Don't Settle for Anything Less! Jan 30, 2010 I love Le Creuset! It handles the heat and cleans up great! I'll never buy any brand but Le Creuset from now on...I'm serious!

A Little Too Soft and Flexible Dec 25, 2009 This review is for the mini spatula. Just received it so can't comment on durability or workmanship. I just used it in the making of chocolate chip cookies and found that the tip is too soft and flexible for any thick substance. I haven't gotten used to it's "quirk" yet and so used too much force to scrape up dough, the tip rebounded the other way and flung dough onto the wall. It was actually pretty funny because I was wondering how come there were little bits of dough all over the wall and counter. So, for some task, it's not great. I doubt it's even competent in scraping every bits of peanut butter from an almost empty jar. So, if you're thinking of buying this for that purpose, be forewarned. On the other hand, it's really nicely made, with a beautiful and comfortable handle, and it's made in USA, how rare is that!
Embarassing Dec 18, 2009 I am embarrassed to get so enthused about a spatula. However, years ago I received this spatula for Christmas. After many days of constant use, my spatula began to show signs of wear. I went shopping for a replacement. I tried many other brands. All were a disappointment. Then I went to Amazon and found the exact one. I am so happy to have it. Besides, trust me, great stocking stuffer!

Never thought I'd actually use this Feb 25, 2002 Received this spatula as a holiday gift. When I first saw it, I thought it would be useless - I was very wrong. It's great for getting that last bit of stuff from the bottom of a jar, and works very well at spreading soft things such as mayo etc. The only thing I'd change is to make it a bit stiffer so it could spread firmer items such as peanut butter.

DISAPPOINTED! Oct 19, 2001 I LOVE THE COLORS AND THE HEAT RESISTANCE BUT FOUND THE WOODEN HANDLE ON ONE SPATULA ROUGH AND SPLINTERY. ALSO THE SPATULA IS SHOWING NICKS ON THE EDGES OF THE SILICON....DON'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I DON'T USE IT ON ROUGH EDGED BOWLS OR PANS.
