 Good quality, but HUGE Sep 22, 2025
It's really good quality, but the picture doesn't really show you how big this thing is! I can only use it with my larger saute pans.

I bought this Oxo Good Grips Silicone Flexible Omelet Turner for omelets but have discovered that I use it a lot. First of all, Oxo Good Grips is a great line of utensils. When you're in the thick of it all, it doesn't slip out of wet hands, and it feels good and sturdy to work with. The length of this turner is also good for getting fish out of the poacher and other slightly awkward moves. My mother would have used it on my brothers when they misbehaved, but I can't endorse it for that purpose since we've all given up capital punishment on children in favor of the more effective Time Out. Still...every time I pick it up, I think of my mom, bless her heart.

flexable turner with thin edge to get under cooked items. i love the quality, and utility.

These Oxo silicone turners are very good. This one is wider than I expected, so if you plan to use it in a small or medium pan, you might want to look for a smaller width.
For a pancake griddle, or large skillet, you won't go wrong.

due to the material & length of this turner it was floppy & could not support the weight of omelets or pancakes with out bending enough for food to fall off. It was a good idea but I don't know how it passed thru a test kitchen
