weber Q320 Jan 04, 2026 This grill is awsome!, I have cooked steak and hamburgers on the usual 99.00 to 150.00 dollar grills that get flame ups from the heat tent that covers the burners and this has'nt happened with the Q320. The steaks come out great because the temp is so much more controllable. The design of this grill and the materials used in it construction make me fell confident that it will last a long time. The burners heat the grill up quickly and seem more efficient so your gas bottle will last longer. However the temp gauge did not work right but another is on its way(quick responce by customer service by the way). The gauge is nice to have but if you grill often you know how to cook with out one. Overall I am very pleased by this puchase and wish I had spent the money sooner to get this grill.
best investment ever!!!! Jan 01, 2026 after struggling for years with cheap gas grills we decided to make the investment with the weber q320. Our purchase was made in December and although we live in a cold climate we have used it often - it heats up quickly and efficiently even in 10 degree weather. Lots of grilling space, easy set up, easy to ignite - the perfect grill for anyone. I do suggest the weber cover for it - for 20 bucks it's worth it - fits perfectly and is heavy enough to withstand cold, strong winds.
Last grill I'll ever own ! Dec 24, 2025 I bought this grill last spring after reviewing grills and prices on line and then in store . I settled on the Q 320 because of many factors . The cast aluminum casing , stainless steel burners , Webers reputation , and the great review here and from friends that have one . The light built into the handle and the battery charged igniter were a nice plus !
I found the best price on line , (which was here ) and asked the local dealer if he would match or beat this price and he beat it by 10 bucks . I had intended to buy here but figured , what the heck , it could not hurt to ask !
I was afraid that it's grill size would be a factor , but so far it has not been because I can use the whole grill surface and not worry about cold spots . My old grill was nearly twice the area , but by the time subtract the cold areas , and the whole area on the edge of the grill , I probably have as much usable area .
Had to get used to the quick warm up time . (Less than 5 min it's up to 500 degrees ) . The searing affect of the cast iron grill was a pleasant surprise . With the the wrap around main burner , and the smaller burner down the middle , even cooking is no problem . As a friend of mine said , " you will have to learn how to grill all over again " , and he was right . But it definitely worth it !
Holy Smokes! Dec 17, 2025 Assembly was not terrible, took about 30 minutes with just a few tools. Everything fit well, no drilling out holes or banging pins in. The overall look is VERY nice, well built. I especially like the design of the cooking surface: it covers the burners with solid areas that divert any drippings away from the burner tubes and into a catch pan under the grill. Believe it or not, I like this grill better than my Viking grill, which cost over 10 times as much... No B.S., this grill is the best i have ever had!
Reliable and portable Nov 25, 2025 The primary feature of this grill is its portability combined with very reliable cooking. It is light weight thanks to the plastic frame. The cooking surface is large enough for about 6 people using indirect cooking. But for a few more dollars you can get a metal Weber with a cabinet and larger cooking surface. So, if you are looking for a grill to sit on your patio forever, you might consider looking at something else on sale in the Fall at Home Depot.
I love this grill nonetheless. With its small footprint, decent cooking surface and the ability to be lifted into the back of an SUV to take to the lake, this grill is a gem. (take the tank off first) Now all I need is a lake house, which I have not been able to find yet on Amazon.
Even after looking at the metal grills, I would have a hard time turning this one down when it is on sale. Assembly was pretty easy. Have cooked roasts, tenderloins and steaks to perfection thanks to to the wonderful temperature control, which are as reliable as our oven. So glad not to have to mess with charcoal, although a little of the smoky flavor is lost with propane. I plan to cook the Thanksgiving turkey on it tomorrow, which would be a pain with charcoal. By the way, use the little cookbook that comes with it as your time and temperature guide. It is much more reliable than other recipes in the web which leave meat overcooked.
