 the best pizza wheel/cutter ever! Dec 22, 2008
this is a sturdy yet stylish pizza wheel. it cleans up super easily, cuts with minimal effort, and looks good in your kitchen!
i have used my white one for years, and finally got a red one for a splash of extra color... they are great stocking stuffers or gifts for your foodie friends.
also, this works wonderfully well for those with limited hand strength (osteo, rheumatoid arthritis). my girlfriend can attest to its usefulness in this regard.

I had one of these pizza cutters that we used until it died. I had to have another one because I love the way it works. It is easy to throw in the dishwasher after using. My favorite pizza cutter!

After a few pulls and tugs, I finally got the plastic cover off the wheel and it works pretty good. I'm leery about the blade when uncovered and will be keeping this out of reach of my 4 year old, that's for sure!

I originally had 2 white Zyliss pizza wheels; when they came into contact with pizza sauce they stained, but I was able to clean them up. Then one broke at the hinge - but this is not a real problem, because I have 3 teenaged sons and they get daily use! I now have 2 red ones, which I like because you can't see the stains. :-) I just used one tonight to trim puff pastry for chocolate turnovers - very easy to control.

We purchased this pizza cutter after seeing it recommended by Alton Brown (my husband is a huge fan). We have not been disappointed with the functionality of this product.
This cutter is easy to store in a drawer (it comes with a plastic guard so that it is safe). The easy open design also makes this cutter easy to clean. Additionally, the size and shape of the cutter makes it comfortable in both large and small hands.
I highly recommend this pizza cutter.
