Love the 3.5 qt buffet casserole - most used pan in our kitchen Nov 13, 2025
We primarily cook with Le Creuset and All Clad and while I love all of our LC cookware, this is my favorite and probably gets the most use in our kitchen. I turn to this for everything from sautéing, to braising, to soup making. When a recipe calls for a skillet, I often turn to this pan instead for the trademark LC even heating and low-stick enamel interior. This 3.5qt size is a perfect workhorse, but I think our next piece of LC may be the 2.25qt buffet casserole which I think will essentially double as a saucier. Highest recommendation for LC in general and this pan in particular.

I Love My Le Creuset! Sep 20, 2025
I have been wanting this for a long time. It is beautiful. I chose mine in white and I leave it out on my counters because it looks so good. I've used it to make spaghetti and boy does it look beautiful in the white dish with fresh herbs sprinkled on top. I have a Martha Stewart pot in red that I paid a lot less for but it has lots of paint chips on the lid. I wonder where the paint went? I don't expect that to happen with this. I am looking forward to lots of wonderful meals using this casserole dish.

I love it. I had one before and someone cut in it and ruined the enamel. I am guarding this one from such people.

Worth every single penny May 26, 2025
This thing is great. I bought it a few days ago and have cooked everything in it ever since. I have now thrown out my skillet and two 9 X 13 baking dishes as well. This thing is easy to cook and clean in and great to serve. I keep it on my stove top because it is so pretty! I wish I had the money to buy one for family. I have a very well seasoned cast Iron skillet that I will continue to use, but it doesn't even come close to this casserole dish! If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend getting this if you love to cook!

My favorite piece Apr 06, 2025
This is my favorite piece of cookware. I use it more than any piece of cookware I own. I have fried eggs, made sauces, cooked casseroles and roasted large pieces of meat in my Le Creuset. I have never had a sticking problem. Clean up is as easy as non-stick and the food is much better. Well worth every cent I paid. I am now looking at other Le Creuset pieces.
