Love this Knife! Nov 16, 2025 This is a perfect knife for peeling a tomato, boning a chicken breast, slicing carrots, peppers, onions and celery. It is my go to knife. The only down side: it did not come with a cover.
Wow! The only knife you want in your kitchen!!...well.. make it two. Sep 27, 2025 Gotta express my personal impression about the item (Kyocera Revolution Series Special Edition Susan G. Komen 5-1/2-Inch Santoku Knife, Pink Handle) I brought from The Healthy Home Shop.
The item is originally bought for my wife as a gift to reward herself and my tummy as well :P
After search around the best deal online. It shown as the lowest price as $36.99 in compared to other reseller listed for 40+. even after the shipping added....its only 41.98 still lower than others.
Shipping is also worthy to be mentioned, order placed by Monday, order proceed by Tues, sent from Kearny NJ by Wed and received by "FRIDAY" - Blaine WA...they even upgraded the parcel service from Expedit to Priority to make their promise happened..... It is impressed by the way they doing business to keep their customer happy.
About the knife, the body and material of handle is giving a sense of feminine(PINK) and fashion. the blade size-
5 1/2 inch is quite sufficient to manage the duty of daily cuisine usage....
No more steel taste on my broccoli and carrot!! easy to maintain, just wash it with water, no residue will be remained. no need to shapen the blade as frequent as steel knife.
Just remeber that..Don't use it to CHOP "BONE" or anything you can imagine of...not tile nor steel....it is still a ceramic knife, not diamond or steel made.
Strongly recommand to get one like this, Will definitely buy it again.. already start to creat a gift list for the incoming chrismas... Get one while you can still get the deal like ours.
let us know if you found your best deal, we loved to hear from you as well!! Happy hunting to everyone!!
Amazing kitchen knife Mar 04, 2025 Purchased the pink-handle knife on behalf of a survivor of breast cancer. It is a great kitchen tool; lightweight and precision slicer.

I cut the cheese! (with my favorite knife) Jan 10, 2026 I have been seduced by my knife. It's lightweight and conforms so naturally to my hand. This baby slides right through tomato and peach skin. (although I also have a ceramic tomato slicing knife that I love too) I love that I cut through cheese, brownies, and fudge this holiday season without "sticking". I have quite a few good knives (Cutco, Wusthoff) but I love the Kyocera ceramic knives so much that I gave them out for gifts to all my girlfriends. Besides, every girl should have a pink knife, right? I put mine in the dishwasher which is something you shouldn't do with most other good knives. PS, my son is a chef who uses those very expensive Japanese carbon steel beauties and he approves of these too. (I get mine at Homegoods/TJ Maxx/Tuesday Morning for lots less.)
Love It! Jan 04, 2026 I have two of these knives which I bought in Japan over three years ago. My family uses them constantly. My father recently sharpened the other knives we used to use as a surprise while we were away. After weeks of being back and not noticing, he finally told us what he had done. We just don't use those other knives anymore! So I used a freshly sharpened one and it was really difficult after having used my ceramic knives for so long. I will never use anything but ceramic again! They slice so effortlessly, it is like they are gliding through veggies and fruits. Everytime a friend tries one of ours they immediately get themselves one and are amazed at how simple cutting can be with the correct knife. At first I babied them because I was nervous I'd chip or break it. After a while I realized they are pretty tough. I've dropped them on the ceramic tile floor and nothing happened. I just packed my knives up to send them off to get sharpened and I'm bummed! I hope it doesn't take long to get them back because they will be sorely missed! The resharpening is free, but you pay shipping there and also send $10 for them to ship them back. First time we will sharpen in 3 years. They are still sharper than our other knives by far, but they just aren't as sharp as they used to be, so sending them in. Expensive, but definitely worth it if you can afford it. Oh, and these knives aren't meant to be used to cut through bones, fruit pits or anything else where the knife needs to be flexible and they aren't supposed to go in the dishwasher.
