Flavors meats wonderfully by drawing the marinade in Oct 02, 2025 I just bought my third Vacu-vin vacuum marinator. I was given one a couple of years ago and use it religiously to infuse flavors of marinade directly into the meat. It is fantastic, so I bought one for my best friend, and now one for my mother. I would recommend one to anyone who loves to bbq delicious meats!

review for vcu-vinIt came in a Sep 18, 2025 It came in a timely maner was packaged nicely and perfomed as the advertizment said.
Good Product Sep 14, 2025 The bottom of the bowl is curved so any marinade collects around the perimeter of the container and not in the center. Otherwise, it's a good product.
An absolute must for the working griller. Aug 22, 2025 We first bought one of these through a different retailer at a much higher price and even then felt that it was well worth the price. We grill approximately 5 nights per week and use the Vacu Vin each time. Over the course of three years we have gone through three of them because the tops will eventually crack under the constant use and pressure so be forwarned about putting too much pressure inside. In spite of having to replace it, we have continued to buy them and now have one that we keep as a spare. We have also given them as Christmas presents to our closest friends. We typically marinate the meat for about an hour and it comes out great. The product does not replace the flavor of a meat that has been marinating overnight, but it certainly assists in tenderizing the meat and adding flavor. Our favorites are boneless chicken breasts in italian dressing and london broil in Allegro marinade. My husband will defrost the meat in the microwave when he gets home, stick it in the vacu vin for about an hour and we have a very tasty meal within about an hour and a half from start to finish. For those of us who find it impossible to plan our meals ahead, it works great. A must for the dual working family who likes to grill on work nights!
